Wellness...

First let me state that the first part of this post is just a rant but where better to rant than on my blog! I'm Beginning to think that wellness is over rated. It seems when I get one member of the household atleast mostly better then another one gets sick. It was me with the sinusitis first 3 weeks ago, 3 weeks of antibiotics and 1 week of steriods with some strong cough medicine and mucinex thrown in fixed that, atleast I think. Then while that was going on the baby got an ear infection that wouldn't go away with the ciprodex drops so it was 10 days of augmentin with him, now he's better, but still with a waxy/draining ear, and I have had a sore throat for 3 days now with a low grade fever last night and tonight, accompianied with a headache!

On lighter news my sweet little boy refuses to sit down and sit still anymore he has discovered a love for walking, and he walks, and walks even if it is just in circles on the carpet. My what a difference just a month in time makes at this point. He is growing up too quick and changing every day. I love it but hate it at the same time, can I pause time? I want to enjoy this time with him, I want to be able to cherish it. In that sense I am seriously contemplating buying a really good, professional level camera to get those precious moments on camera. I think in the long run that would be cheaper than going through a photographer even the cheap ones. thoughts?

I hope this weekend has found everyone being well and being able to enjoy their family, I know that family is so important, we've had 2 deaths recently in our family, 1st about 2 weeks ago my uncle on my dad's side passed away from cancer, and 2nd just yesterday my grandmother's sister went to join her in heaven. These are the things that should remind us just how precious life is and to enjoy every moment we have with our loved ones.

May God Bless you and keep you well,
Becca

Wellness is totally overrated!! It sucks when you just can't seem to get everyone healthy. I've really thought about buying a really good expensive camera too, let me know what you decide...and yes D is unstoppable now that he's running everywhere! Let me know if you figure out how to stop time bc I'd like to as well.

I wish I could stop it (time that is) I do think the closest you can come is a great camera, we are actually looking at the cannon rebel xsi. it is one that you can buy the different lenses for so it is professional grade. but if I take this job as a school nurse that will probably be placed on the back burner for now since it will be a 10K-15K pay cut from what I make now. Decisions, decisions!
